It is such a busy time of year.
I bet your calendar 📆 is filling up, you are doing things for everyone and feeling overwhelmed.
Plan time for just you. Yes, you!
Here are some ideas to "fill your cup".
🎄🎄10 minutes each day to do something that relaxes you.
🎄🎄 1 hour at least once a week to "just do whatever your heart's desire".
🎄🎄10 minutes each for a strolling walk outside to enjoy what is all around you.
🎄🎄Get plenty of rest.
🎄🎄Drink plenty of water.
